CLIENT 'C' is a leading online betting company with offices across London and the Southeast.
In 2005 Asentis approached the business with a view to supplying development staff to their interactive gaming practice. Initially asked to prove our capabilities by providing contract staff rather than permanent resource, we worked closely with the company for a year to understand their business needs and the soft skills that fitted within the organisation.
As a result of this consultative approach, we were one of the key contract suppliers in 2006. CLIENT 'C' then approached Asentis to begin sourcing both contract and permanent staff.
We still work on a consultative basis with both line managers and Human Resources to ensure that we give the business the skills and personalities that they are seeking. Two years later, Asentis are one of the key recruitment resources for the organisation.
