CLIENT 'B' is a well-established charitable organisation based outside of London with a headcount of just over 500 staff.

Asentis originally approached the business to assist them with some staffing requirements for a database implementation.  After a series of placements in this area, several other line managers approached us with non-technical vacancies, which we were able to source for them via headhunting and our extensive candidate network.

After a few months, CLIENT 'B' asked Asentis to work with them in a managed service capacity, looking after all their requirements across the whole organisation.  Always open to new business practices, it was agreed to trial this new approach for three months to see if it would be of benefit to the client.

To date, Asentis have filled almost 50% of vacancies within the business, and we are the only agency on the PSL with a high level of success in multiple skill areas and departments.
