CLIENT 'A' were well established in Germany, France and Italy. However, the business had no UK operation and in 2007, they started to look for specialist technical staff over here.
Asentis were known to the Vice President of UK operations through a mutual contact. They were aware of our niche skills and experise and so they engaged us to help build their UK practice.
We were asked to source very specialised procurement positions, which we did through our well established consultancy network. We were able to source and fill the majority of posts. For the senior positions, we used a variety of methods ranging from campaign management to headhunting in order to ensure the right candidates for the posts.
Our work for CLIENT 'A' has helped grow a highly success business in the UK. To date, over 75% of those employees have been sourced by Asentis.
