VB developer
Asentis on behalf of a sports company is looking for a highly competent Developer to help develop trading models and work on infrastructure projects.
The candidate should have a background in RAD environments preferably using VBA in MS Excel, and to have some experience of .NET.
Developed knowledge and previous experience using other programming languages and SQL variants, and their possible use in conjunction with VBA is an advantage. In addition to this they would ideally have an interest in sports.
Essential Candidate Requirements
- Graduate with a computing degree, or equivalent
- Proven ability and initiative to lead own projects from concept to delivery
- Proven IT background in demanding time-critical environments
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel/VBA or similar
- Proven experience in full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering
